Part I
General visitor rules and booking terms
1. Visiting the centre and prices
- 1.1. Regular visits. The centre is open for regular visits. Ticket prices are listed on the Prices page.
- 1.2. Lohesaba events. We periodically organise themed events (e.g. Halloween). Ticket prices for such events may differ from regular visit prices and are announced separately.
- 1.3. Booking party rooms. For children’s birthday parties you can rent one of our rooms. The rental terms are set out in Part 2 of these rules.
2. Party room booking terms
- 2.1. Prices and event types. The room rental prices listed on the website apply to children’s birthday parties. For other events (e.g. graduation parties, company family days, etc.) special terms and prices apply: info@lohesaba.eu.
- 2.2. Renting the whole centre. The price for renting the entire centre for a private event is agreed individually and may differ from the combined rental price of all party rooms.
- 2.3. Confirmation and payment. To confirm a booking, the prepayment must be paid within two days of placing the order: €35 for the room, plus 50% of the food cost if food is ordered. If fewer than 5 days remain until the event, the prepayment must be paid within 12 hours. The remaining amount is paid on site on the day of the event.
- 2.4. Public holidays. On public holidays, weekend prices apply.
- 2.5. Perekaart. With a Perekaart you get −10% on party-room rental and −50% on the regular day ticket. The discount applies immediately; the card must be valid and bear the birthday child’s name. The discount must be confirmed (a photo of both sides of the card, or the card itself on the day of the party). Otherwise the discount is cancelled and the difference must be paid. The −50% day-ticket discount applies only to children listed on the card. Discounts (Perekaart and promo codes) do not apply to the Hubane nurk table reservation (the cosy corner in the café), as it is a table-booking fee, not room rent.
- 2.6. Food prepayment. When ordering food (catering packages and dishes), a 50% food prepayment is due in addition to the room prepayment, within two days, by bank link or transfer. We only prepare the food once the food prepayment has arrived; your room booking stays valid in the meantime. Drinks, ice cream, sauces and add-on services require no food prepayment.
3. Cancelling or changing a booking
- 3.1. Non-refundable room prepayment. If the event is cancelled at the client’s initiative, the room prepayment is not refunded. This condition is in line with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 53 (4) 7²), under which the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period.
- 3.2. Changing a booking. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we offer the option to reschedule the booking once to another available date within one year, provided we are notified in good time.
- 3.3. Cancellation by Lohesaba. In the exceptional case that the event cannot take place due to our fault, the room prepayment is refunded in full.
- 3.4. Cancelling catering. Catering packages can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the party starts. For later cancellations, the food included in the package must be paid for.
- 3.5. Food prepayment and the 48-hour rule. If you cancel or postpone the party less than 2 days (48 h) before it starts, and food has been ordered and prepaid, the food prepayment is not refunded and the food is not moved to another date. If you wish, you can pay the remaining food balance and take the prepared food away.
4. Rules for holding a party in the party rooms
- 4.1. Capacity and extra guests. Each party room is intended for a specific number of guests. For each child exceeding the limit set in the package, an additional fee must be paid according to the Prices page.
- 4.2. Arrival and departure. The party organiser may arrive 15 minutes before the booked start time to prepare. Earlier entry to the room is not permitted. The room must be vacated exactly at the end of the booked time.
- 4.3. Extending the time. A 30-minute extension costs €20, provided there is at least a 30-minute gap before the next party in the same room. Often the extension can also be arranged on site. Ask the administrator.
- 4.4. Late penalty. For delaying the vacating of the rooms without prior agreement, the penalty is €20 for each started 5 minutes.
5. General conduct and safety rules
- 5.1. Footwear. In the play area you may wear socks or indoor shoes (bare feet are not allowed). Outdoor shoes and outerwear must be left in the cloakroom. On the trampoline you may not jump in hard-soled shoes. Ordinary socks are fine, but we strongly recommend non-slip socks, available on site: regular €2.50, non-slip €3.50.
- 5.2. Supervision of children. Parents or accompanying adults bear full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of their children for the entire time spent at the Centre. Lohesaba is not liable for accidents, except where they are caused by equipment failure. Children under 8 must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years old.
- 5.3. Liability for property. The client bears full material liability for the preservation of the Centre’s property and equipment. In the event of damage or loss, its value must be compensated according to the price list.
- 5.4. Prohibitions. On the Centre’s premises it is strictly forbidden to:
- eat or drink outside the dining tables located in the party rooms or café area;
- smoke or consume alcoholic beverages;
- use pyrotechnics, including cake fountains and spark-producing candles;
- bring pets;
- take toys or other equipment out of the centre.
- 5.5. Personal and lost items. We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended. We keep found valuables for 14 days, after which they are disposed of. Items of no obvious material value (clothing, personal hygiene items, etc.) are disposed of at the end of the working day.
