Answers to common questions.

Lohesaba is an adventure park for children and an ice-cream café in Tallinn. We have play areas, an ice-cream café and party rooms for birthdays.

Open every day 10:00-21:00 (including public holidays). A day ticket costs 10 € and is valid all day - it is for a free play visit, if you just want to come and play (without booking a birthday party). Children under one year and accompanying adults aged 16 and older enter free.

In front of the building you can park with a parking clock ALWAYS free for 4 hours. In addition, the barrier behind the building is open on weekdays 17:00-21:00 and all day on weekends, you can park there free during that time. When the barrier is open, you may use any free spot, even one marked for another company. More info: parkimine.ee.

Your own food and drinks are allowed in booked party rooms AND in a booked Cosy Corner (Hubane nurk): while booked, the corner works like a party room and you may bring your own food and drinks there. In the main hall and in the ice-cream cafe WITHOUT a booking, food and drinks brought from outside are not allowed. At the on-site Premia cafe you can buy drinks, ice cream, pancakes and light snacks. You may bring your own coffee machine and use it in the room.

There are no strict age limits. Soft-module zones suit children aged 0-2; the labyrinths, trampolines and video games suit children aged 4-14 and active adults.

In the play hall you MUST wear socks OR change-shoes. Non-slip socks are not mandatory but strongly recommended, you can buy them on site for 3.50 € (regular socks 2.50 €). Note: change-shoes with hard soles are not allowed on the trampolines.

A wristband is the entry pass and is required only for children aged 1-16. Children under one year and people over 16 always enter without a wristband. If a child does not want to wear one, it is given to the accompanying adult, who must stay near the child throughout the visit.

This applies to a birthday party. If a room is set for, say, 15 children but 16 arrive, you pay 7 € per extra child on site.

Each party room has a kitchen corner with the basics: microwave, kettle, French-press jugs, platters, bowls, knives, a cake server and vases. We provide disposable tableware only in the quantity for which you ordered food from our café. Cake plates are not included but can be bought from the café. There is no dishwasher in any room.

You can book directly through Lohesaba: catering packages, a coffee package, party-room cleaning after the party (20 €) and a kids disco (with or without a DJ, with a smoke machine and/or soap bubbles). In addition, our partners (animators and face painters) offer separate services: party hosts and animators, face painting, the person-in-a-soap-bubble trick, a dry-ice show, balloon figures and a piñata. Cleaning the room after the party is an extra service (20 €), but it is NOT mandatory. If you clean up yourself, you do not pay. In that case you should: clear the table, wipe the table, pick up larger rubbish from the floor and wash any of our dishes you used. Dishes must be washed by hand, there is no dishwasher in the rooms.

Choose a suitable package on the Catering packages page and send your wishes to info@lohesaba.eu. The menu must be ordered at least 2 days before the party. If less time remains for online ordering (the deadline has passed), let us know anyway, call +372 51 934 834, as an exception is sometimes possible.

You can book a room on the website at /broneeri: choose a room, a suitable time and fill in the booking form. The form asks for your name, the name of the birthday child, a phone number and an e-mail (the e-mail must be confirmed a second time), choosing a payment method and ticking a box to agree to the Lohesaba rules. Optionally you can add a Perekaart discount or company-invoice details. The booking is confirmed once the room prepayment (35 €) is received.

Room rental prices (Mon-Thu weekday / Fri-Sun and public holidays): Crocs 145/165 €, Juku 165/185 €, Limpa 185/205 €, Apollo 215/245 €. THE RENT INCLUDES children's wristbands (entry to the play area) up to the room's capacity: Crocs up to 15 children, Juku up to 18, Limpa up to 20, Apollo up to 25. No separate day tickets are needed for those children. If more children arrive than the room holds, each extra child pays 7 € on site. Accompanying adults from 16 years enter free. EXCEPTION: Hubane nurk in the café (35 €) is not a party room - there every child (aged 1-16) needs a full 10 € day ticket. Exact price and available times are on the booking page /broneeri.

To confirm a party you must pay a room prepayment of 35 €. You can pay by bank link, bank transfer or on site. The remaining amount can be paid on the "Minu broneering" page or on site.

If you did not manage to pay the room prepayment within 2 days: as long as we have not sent a cancellation notice, you can still pay, the booking stays valid.

After payment we send you a confirmation email. Sometimes the confirmation can take a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder, the email sometimes ends up there. If you do not receive the email or something seems wrong, contact us: info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834.

If you did not receive the email with payment details (perhaps you entered the email address incorrectly), you can pay directly: recipient MJD Expert OÜ, account EE542200221080357565 (Swedbank). In the payment description, note the room name, the party date and time (or the booking number).

We answer emails within two working days. If your question is urgent or you have not received a reply, call +372 51 934 834.

VALUABLE found items (phone, jewellery, keys, wallet) are kept for 14 days and then disposed of. Items of no obvious material value - clothes, hats, socks, personal hygiene items - are disposed of at the end of the working day, so please collect forgotten clothing the same day. We do not keep a list of lost items and are not liable for unattended belongings; to check, call +372 51 934 834.

We are at Mustamäe tee 50, Tallinn (Kristiine district), on the 2nd floor. There is no lift in the building. The entrance is in the middle of the building. The nearest public-transport stop is Aiandi, served by buses 16 and 64 (for exact lines and times use the Tallinn public transport app or transport.tallinn.ee). Open every day 10:00-21:00.

With a Perekaart you get 10% off a room booking and 50% off a free-visit day ticket. The room discount is applied immediately at booking. The card must be valid on the party date and must show the birthday child's name. To confirm the discount, send a photo of both sides of the card (at booking) OR show the card on site on the party day. If the card is not confirmed, the discount is cancelled and the difference must be paid. The 50% day-ticket discount applies only to the children listed on the card, not to friends' or relatives' children who are not on it. Note: we do not issue the card ourselves, it is made online at perekaart.ee, where all the conditions are listed.

On the website you can create a personal birthday invitation and send it to your guests (the Invitations page).

Please arrive about 15 minutes before your booked time so you can settle in comfortably.

The group discount no longer exists: it was cancelled on 12.07.2026. All children pay the regular 10 € day ticket. No advance notice is needed, just come by. Kindergarten groups and primary school classes have a separate FREE visit programme (see its terms).

Kindergarten groups and primary-school classes visit FREE on these terms: 1) at least 5 children in the group; 2) at least one teacher/educator accompanies them (parents may also come, but a teacher/educator is required); 3) visits 10:00-16:00; 4) the same class/group from the same school/kindergarten may come once a year; 5) applies to kindergarten and primary-school groups and other children's institutions (e.g. children's homes); 6) notify in advance which school/kindergarten/institution, which class/group, the date and time. Notify AT LEAST ONE WEEK in advance in writing by e-mail to info@lohesaba.eu.

Cold dishes are on the table by the start of the party. Hot food is brought as it is ready, roughly within 15-20 minutes after the party starts. If you need a different serving time (for example everything ready at the start), let us know at least 1 hour before the party starts, email info@lohesaba.eu or call +372 51 934 834.

Besides the ready packages you can also order individual dishes, for example fries, onion rings, cheese balls, mini pancakes and more. The dishes and the minimum quantity of each are shown during booking, in the catering / extra-services selection (in the booking calendar), where you can add them. Please order at least 2 days before the party.

The party can be extended only if there is a gap of at least 30 minutes before the next party in the same room. A 30-minute extension costs 20 €. In self-service (the “My booking” page or the chat) the party can be extended by at most 30 minutes. To stay longer than 30 minutes you must also book the next free slot in the same room, otherwise another customer loses the chance to book that time. A party cannot be extended past the centre's closing time of 21:00. Note: if the customer only wants to MOVE the start time (same length), that is free - see Moving the start time. Often the extension can be decided on site, depending on how the children are doing, just ask the administrator.

A party room can be booked not only for birthdays but also for other events, for example a school or kindergarten graduation, a class evening or another celebration. Book in the usual way on the website (/broneeri). In the field for the birthday child name you may write, for example, the name of the school, class or event.

We do not provide face painting ourselves; it is offered by our partners UULA and ELENA. Booking and payment go directly to the artist. Prices (from €70/h) and contacts (phone, e-mail, website) are on https://lohesaba.eu/en/lisateenused/ in the Face painting section.

The kids disco is an extra service that can be booked with or without a DJ. Without a DJ we choose the music ourselves, we do not take separate requests from clients. With a DJ package, the DJ contacts the client directly to agree on the music preferences and arrival time. The availability of a specific DJ depends on the date.

The birthday child's gift depends on the ROOM, not on the catering package. Apollo room - 1 ticket to Apollo cinema for a film of your choice; Juku room - a 5 EUR Juku store gift card; Limpa room - 3 bottles of Limpa lemonade (1.5 L). The Crocs room and the cosy corner have no separate gift. No catering package includes a cinema ticket. The administrator hands the gift over on site during the party. In summer Lohesaba hosts city camps for children aged 4-12. The camp is run by a partner, info and registration: minuparempaev.ee. For questions, Arina helps on +372 55970503, e-mail minuparempaev@gmail.com.

Laste lemmik includes: fries, ham-and-cheese mini pancakes, sweet mini pancakes, sausages, cheese balls, chicken nuggets, juice, lemon water and disposable tableware. Mõnus kõhutäis includes: sausage pastries, potato-and-ham salad, sweet mini pancakes, a fruit and a vegetable platter, juice, lemon water and disposable tableware. The Rikkalik (rich) package includes: fries, sweet and ham-and-cheese mini pancakes, a snack platter (cheese balls, onion rings, calamari rings, nuggets), Caesar salad, a coffee package, juice, lemon water, a kids mojito and double disposable tableware. Each package comes for 15, 20 or 25 children. Exact amounts and prices are on /toitlustuspaketid.

The kids disco can be booked in four variants: kids disco with a smoke machine - 10 €; kids disco with a smoke machine and soap bubbles - 30 €; DJ Drey + disco with a smoke machine - 60 €; DJ Drey + disco with a smoke machine and soap bubbles - 80 €. The smoke machine is included in ALL variants (there is no separate smoke-free option). The DJ variants include a live DJ (DJ Drey) who contacts the client directly and agrees the music and arrival time with them.

At our Premia ice-cream café ANY visitor can buy ice cream, pancakes, drinks and light snacks, no booking needed, you can come just to eat or have a coffee. The café menu and prices are listed below (café menu). Note: the party packages and party-table quantities are separate and do not apply in the café. Who can order what: a guest who has booked a room may order for their party BOTH the party-table menu AND anything from the café menu (both are allowed for them). A café customer without a booking can order ONLY from the café menu, they cannot order the party package, as it is prepared in advance; but almost all the same dishes are available in the café anyway. The café seats about 40 people in total (including the Hubane nurk corner, which café visitors may freely use when it is not booked).

Lohesaba is about 1500 m² of play area. For children there are labyrinths, trampolines, climbing areas, slides, video games and a soft-module zone for the youngest (0-2 years). The active areas suit children aged 4-14 and active adults. More on /seikluslinnak, photos in the gallery (/galerii).

We have 4 party rooms (Crocs, Juku, Limpa, Apollo) and the Cosy Corner in the café. The description, capacity and photos of each room are on /sunnipaevad, and you can book on /broneeri.

ALCOHOL: for adults the café has a small selection of alcoholic drinks (e.g. beer, cider), ask on site for the current selection.

If the client cancels the event, the room prepayment (35 €) is not refunded, this complies with the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 53), which does not apply the right of withdrawal to leisure services provided on a specific date. In unforeseen circumstances the booking can be moved once to another free date within a year, if you notify us in time. If the event cannot take place through our fault, the room prepayment is refunded in full. Catering packages can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the party; for later cancellation the package food must be paid for.

In the play area you may wear socks or change-shoes (not barefoot); on the trampoline socks are MANDATORY and anti-slip socks are recommended (on sale on site); hard-soled shoes are not allowed on the trampoline. Parents and accompanying adults are fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children; children under 8 must be with an accompanying adult aged at least 16. The client is liable for the centre's property, any damage must be compensated. Food and drink are allowed only in the cafe area and in booked party rooms - in the play area food and drinks are not allowed. Alcoholic drinks bought in our cafe may be consumed only in the cafe area or in a rented party room, and in moderation. A sober adult must be looking after the children. In the centre it is FORBIDDEN to: smoke; use pyrotechnics (incl. cake volcanoes and spark candles); bring pets; take toys or equipment out of the centre.

The party host may arrive to prepare up to 15 minutes before the booked start time; earlier entry to the room is not possible. The room must be vacated exactly at the end of the booked time. For delay in vacating the room without prior agreement, a penalty of 20 € applies for every started 5 minutes.

After the party we email you asking to rate it. For your feedback (a rating + a short comment) you can choose a gift: a free ticket OR a discount on your next booking. Extra bonus: if you share the party on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X) and paste the post link on the feedback page, you get another gift - 2 free tickets or a bigger discount. The gift code appears on screen right away and in the email. Enter a promo code when booking; show a free-ticket code at the door. A free ticket = a play visit on any day, valid 1 year, single use.

Yes, we have free lockers where you can store your belongings.

Adults can relax in the ice-cream café in a calm, quiet atmosphere. For an extra fee you can also unwind in a massage chair: €3 for 10 minutes or €5 for 20 minutes. On busier days the café may be a little livelier, but there are usually always free seats.

Yes. A child with a disability gets the same discount as the Perekaart family card: 10% off a party-room booking and 50% off a free-visit day ticket. To apply it, please contact us (info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834).

There is usually no separate music in the café, it carries over from the main hall. The hall mostly plays international pop hits and dance music for children (songs mainly in English, some in Estonian). The birthday kids disco music is a separate add-on (with or without a DJ).

Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children (a child under 8 must be accompanied by someone at least 16). If a child is injured, tell an administrator on site immediately and call an ambulance if needed. The administrators will give first aid and record the incident.

We cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from specific allergens (nuts, gluten, lactose, etc.), cross-contamination is possible in the kitchen. If your child has an allergy or food intolerance, let us know when booking (info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834) and we will check the exact contents of the specific package or dish and help you choose a suitable option.

If you order food for your party (catering packages and dishes), a 50% food prepayment is due for it, in addition to the €35 room prepayment. It is paid within 2 days by bank link or transfer, just like the room prepayment. You can pay it together (room + food) or separately. If the food prepayment is not received we send a reminder: we only prepare the food once the food prepayment has arrived, while your room booking stays valid. Drinks, ice cream, sauces and add-on services (e.g. disco/DJ) require NO food prepayment. The 48 h rule: if you cancel or postpone the party less than 2 days (48 h) before it starts, and food has been ordered and prepaid, the food prepayment is not refunded and the food is not moved to another date. If you wish, you can pay the remaining food balance and take the prepared food away.

The cosy corner in the café seats 12 (3 tables × 4 chairs) plus 2 on the sofa; we recommend up to 10 children. If needed we can add one chair per table, though it gets a bit tight. The rental is 35 € and lasts 3 hours; it can be booked any day of the week and any time within our opening hours (10:00-21:00). Note: unlike the party rooms, entry is NOT included - every child (aged 1-16) needs a full 10 € day ticket. The children may keep playing in the play area until the centre closes, also after the 3-hour rental ends. The cosy corner has no kitchen corner.

Hubane nurk (the cosy corner in the café) is a table reservation, not a party room: no discount applies to it, neither the Perekaart discount nor promo codes. The Perekaart 10% applies to party-room bookings (Apollo, Crocs, Juku, Limpa) and 50% to a child's free-visit day ticket, but not to the Hubane nurk table reservation (it is a table-booking fee, not room rent).

A party lasts 2.5 hours in Crocs, Juku and Limpa, and 3 hours in Apollo. The cosy corner in the café is 3 hours. The time starts at the booked hour, so please arrive about 15 minutes earlier to set the table. Children may keep playing in the play area until the centre closes (21:00), also after the room time ends - play-area time is not limited by the party length. At the end the room must be left free for the next group.

For a bigger group two party rooms - Crocs and Juku - can be joined into one large space (only these two, as they are next to each other). How to do it: book both rooms for the same time at full price (see Party room prices) and tell us WELL IN ADVANCE (info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834) so we can join the rooms before your guests arrive. The rent includes wristbands for 15 children in Crocs and 18 in Juku, so 33 children in total when joined. That is NOT a ceiling: more children are welcome, each child above 33 pays 7 € on site (e.g. 40 children = 33 included + 7 x 7 € = 49 € extra). For a very large group (over ~45 children) please agree the time and setup in advance: info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834. Accompanying adults from 16 years enter free, so the number of adults does not affect the room choice. There is no separate discount for booking two rooms; the Perekaart 10% discount applies to each booking.

When a customer says how many children are coming, recommend the RIGHT room immediately instead of listing the whole price list. Room by head count: up to 15 children - Crocs; up to 18 - Juku; up to 20 - Limpa; up to 25 - Apollo; 26-33 children - Crocs and Juku joined together (see Joining two party rooms); MORE than 33 children - also Crocs+Juku joined, each child above 33 costs 7 € (e.g. 40 children = 33 included + 7 children x 7 €). Always answer YES first, a large group is possible - never say it does not fit. Within those limits the wristbands are included in the rent and no separate day tickets are needed. If more children come than the room holds, they are still welcome: each extra child pays 7 EUR on site. Example: 20 children in Crocs = room 145/165 EUR + 5 extra children x 7 EUR; 20 children in Limpa = just the room price 185/205 EUR. For a small group (up to 10 children) the cosy corner in the cafe at 35 EUR also works, but there every child needs a 10 EUR day ticket. We do not currently run toddler mornings (separate morning events for little children), so there is nothing to sign up for. You are welcome to come with toddlers during normal open play: we are open every day 10:00-21:00 and mornings are usually the quietest time. A day ticket is 10 EUR per child, under-1s with a parent are free and accompanying adults from 16 years are free. There is a separate soft-module area for the youngest. If you need a space of your own, you can book a party room or the cosy corner in the cafe. If we start running toddler mornings again, we will announce it on the website and on Facebook.

MOVING the start time and EXTENDING the party are two different things - do not mix them up. MOVING means the party starts earlier or later (e.g. 18:00 instead of 17:30) while the length stays the same: this is FREE, provided the requested time is free in the same room and the party ends by 21:00 at the latest. The time can be changed on the My booking page, in the chat (e-mail + booking number or party date) or by writing to info@lohesaba.eu. EXTENDING means the party lasts longer than booked: 30 minutes cost 20 EUR and it is possible only if there is a gap of at least 30 minutes before the next party in the same room. If a customer asks to 'start later' or 'move the time', answer first that this is free when the length does not change - the 20 EUR fee applies only to an extension.

Two party rooms can be booked for the same time. The Crocs and Juku rooms can be combined into one large space: the partition wall between them is removable. The price and terms are the same as renting two separate rooms (for example, on a weekend Crocs 165 € + Juku 185 € = 350 €, wristbands for 33 children in total: 15 + 18). The other rooms (Limpa, Apollo) cannot be joined, but they can also be booked for the same time as separate rooms. You are welcome to visit and see the rooms before booking (every day 10-21, no appointment needed). To book, pick both rooms for the same time on /broneeri or write to info@lohesaba.eu.

You can change the date, time or party room YOURSELF in the "Minu broneering" cabinet: https://lohesaba.eu/minu-broneering/ . To log in you need your booking number (e.g. 1000158 or 2000345) and the e-mail used for the booking. In the cabinet press "Vaheta kuupäev või tuba", pick a new date and a free time (or another room) in the calendar and confirm - any prepayment moves over automatically. In the same cabinet you can also add food and extra services or cancel the booking. This is the fastest way; if you cannot log in or need help, write to info@lohesaba.eu or call +372 51 934 834.

The stage is a SHARED area, always open to all visitors - it cannot be rented. If a party host has ordered a kids disco or another stage programme, they pay for the event (disco, show etc.), not for stage rental, and other children are welcome to join in on the stage. The host may restrict only their own rented party room: outsiders can be asked to leave the room, but not the stage.

The cafe pelmeni (dough/filling) DO contain egg white. If a child has an allergy or a special diet, write it into the booking notes: the kitchen takes it into account and the staff see a warning. For the exact ingredients of a specific dish, ask our team: info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834.

To reach the Apollo room: enter the play hall and turn immediately LEFT (towards the toddler area); just before the toilets there is a staircase UP - Apollo is there, on the upper level. On site our staff will gladly show you the way. The Cosy Corner is in the cafe.

The code goes into the "Sooduskood" field of the booking form or in the "Minu broneering" cabinet. With a valid code the total visibly drops right away and a "Coupon applied" line appears. If the total does not change or you get an error: check the code is exactly as written (no spaces). If it still fails, write to info@lohesaba.eu with the code and your booking number - we will apply the discount manually.

You can see the current occupancy on the lohesaba.eu homepage: the opening-hours badge and the walk-in section show "Praegu: vaikne / rahulik / keskmine / rahvarohke" (quiet / calm / medium / busy). It refreshes roughly every 5 minutes. We do not publish exact visitor counts.

The long table in the Juku party room measures 360 × 80 cm (useful e.g. when choosing a tablecloth). For exact table sizes in the other rooms, ask our team: info@lohesaba.eu or +372 51 934 834.
