Coffee package

A drinks package for the guests of the party, not food: during the party they get unlimited hot drinks from our café. The selection includes black coffee, coffee with milk, espresso, cappuccino, latte and cocoa. There is no coffee machine in the party room: guests come to the café counter, say which party they are with, and the barista makes the drink. You can add the coffee package to your booking right up until the party starts. No prepayment: pay for it on the day at the venue.

How to order?

  1. 1. Choose a suitable package and the number of guests.
  2. 2. Book a party room on our website and note the package you want.
  3. 3. For special diets and requests (gluten-free, lactose-free, plant-based) write to info@lohesaba.eu.
  4. 4. Catering (packages and dishes) must be ordered no later than 2 days before the party. The coffee package is not food: you can add it right up until the party starts.
  5. 5. To confirm the food, pay a 50% food prepayment (by bank link, card or bank transfer). We start preparing the food only after the prepayment arrives. The coffee package needs no prepayment.

Would you like something else from our regular menu? Write to info@lohesaba.eu and we will prepare a personal offer.

NB! Cancellation. Food (packages and dishes) can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 2 days (48 h) before the party starts. After that, if you cancel the food or the party or postpone the party, the food prepayment is not refunded and the food is not moved to another date. If you wish, you can pay the remaining food balance and take the prepared food away.

NB! Serving time. Food is served 15 minutes after the party starts. If you would like to change the serving time, let us know at least 1 hour before the party starts. Later changes may unfortunately not be possible.
