Organising a child’s birthday takes time. Order catering through us and save yourself the effort. We can accommodate special requests and dietary needs, such as gluten-free, lactose-free or plant-based options, by prior agreement where possible.

Besides the packages you can also order individual dishes (for example fries, cheese balls, mini pancakes). The dishes and the minimum quantity of each are shown during booking in the catering selection, where you can add them to your booking.

Coffee package

When booking a party room, you can order unlimited hot drinks for all guests. The selection includes black coffee, coffee with milk, espresso, cappuccino, latte and cocoa.

How to order?

  1. 1. Choose a suitable package and the number of guests.
  2. 2. Book a party room on our website and note the package you want.
  3. 3. For special diets and requests (gluten-free, lactose-free, plant-based) write to info@lohesaba.eu.
  4. 4. Catering must be ordered no later than 2 days before the party.
  5. 5. To confirm the food, pay a 50% food prepayment (by bank link or transfer). We start preparing the food only after the prepayment arrives.

Would you like a custom cake or something else from our regular menu? Write to info@lohesaba.eu and we will prepare a personal offer.

NB! Cancellation. Catering packages can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the party. For later cancellations, the food included in the package must be paid for.

NB! Serving time. Food is served 15 minutes after the party starts. If you would like to change the serving time, let us know at least 1 hour before the party starts. Later changes may unfortunately not be possible.
