This document describes how MJD Expert OÜ (hereinafter “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data, and sets out the rules for using the services on our website and on the premises of the Lohesaba adventure park. By visiting the Centre or making a booking on our website, you confirm that you have read these terms and the general rules and fully agree to them.
1. Collection and use of personal data
- Data controller: MJD Expert OÜ, registry code 16076554, address Mustamäe tee 50, Tallinn, e-mail info@lohesaba.eu.
- Data we collect: when booking, we collect the client’s first and last name, contact phone number and e-mail address, the child’s name and age, and information about the selected services.
- Purpose of collection: the data is needed to process your order, communicate with you and provide the services.
- Legal basis: processing the data is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you.
- Retention period: we keep booking data for 2 years for customer support and internal statistics.
2. Sharing data with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:
- Stripe, Inc.: when paying by card, the payment data is processed by Stripe’s system to ensure payment security. We do not store your bank card details.
- Law enforcement authorities: in cases provided for by law, upon a justified request.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make sure it works properly, improve the user experience, collect analytics and show relevant advertising. We distinguish necessary cookies (for the site to work), analytics cookies and advertising cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are activated only with your consent. You can manage your consent through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
4. Advertising, analytics and Google
To analyse how the website is used and to promote our services we use Google tools:
- Google Analytics: helps us understand how visitors use the site (pseudonymous statistics).
- Google Ads: advertising campaigns, conversion measurement and remarketing. After visiting our site, we may show you Lohesaba ads on other websites and Google services.
These tools may set cookies and collect pseudonymous identifiers (e.g. cookie ID, device and browser data). The data is processed by Google LLC, including outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards. Advertising and analytics cookies are activated only with your consent. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google’s ad settings (myadcenter.google.com) or in your browser settings.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing and transfer it, as well as the right to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@lohesaba.eu.
6. Complaints
If you believe that your data protection rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
