Data Collected: When making a reservation, we collect: Customer’s first and last name, contact phone number and email address, child’s name and age, and information about the selected services.

Purpose of Collection: The data is necessary to process your order, communicate with you, and provide services.

Legal Basis: Data processing is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you.

Retention Period: We store booking data for 2 years for customer support and internal statistics purposes.

 

7. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

 

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except for:

  • Stripe, Inc.: When paying by card, your payment data is processed by the Stripe system to ensure payment security. We do not store your bank card details.

  • Law Enforcement Agencies: In cases provided by law, upon justified request.
