In order to avoid any misuse of the customer’s data and rights, applications may only be submitted in a form in which the identity of the applicant is identifiable (digitally signed or personally signed at the centre). We have 30 days to respond to such requests.

A request to stop processing is treated as a request to terminate the customer relationship.

All personal data of the client disclosed in the course of visiting the website of MJD Expert OÜ and making a booking will be treated as confidential information.
