Lohesaba Terms and Conditions<\/h3>

This document describes how MJD EXPERT O\u00dc (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data, and establishes the rules (“Terms”) for the use of services on our website https:\/\/lohesaba.eu\/<\/a> (hereinafter “Website”) and on the premises of the Lohesaba adventure town (hereinafter “Center”).<\/p>

By visiting the Center or making a booking on our Website, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and the Policy. Ignorance of the rules does not release you from the obligation to comply with them.<\/p>

Part I: General Visiting Rules and Booking Conditions<\/h3>

1. Visiting the Center and Prices<\/b><\/p>

1.1. General Admission:<\/b> The Center is open for general admission. Ticket prices are listed on the “Prices” page. 1.2. Events by Lohesaba:<\/b> We periodically organize themed events (e.g., Halloween). Ticket prices for such events may differ from standard admission fees and are announced separately. 1.3. Booking Party Rooms:<\/b> You can rent one of our rooms for children’s birthday parties. The rental conditions are set out in section 2 of these rules.<\/p>

2. Conditions for Booking Party Rooms<\/b><\/p>

2.1. Prices and Event Types:<\/b> The prices for room rentals listed on the Website are valid for organizing children’s birthday parties<\/b>. For other events (e.g., graduations, corporate family days, etc.), special conditions and prices apply, which must be requested separately by contacting us at info@lohesaba.eu. 2.2. Booking the Entire Center:<\/b> The cost of renting the entire Center for a private event is negotiated individually and may differ from the total cost of renting all party rooms. The price depends on the day of the week, the required time, and the nature of the event. 2.3. Confirmation and Payment:<\/b> To confirm a booking, a prepayment of \u20ac35<\/b> must be made within 2 days of placing the order. The remaining amount is paid on-site on the day of the event. 2.4. Public Holidays:<\/b> On public holidays, weekend prices apply.<\/p>

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Bookings<\/b><\/p>

3.1. Non-Refundable Prepayment:<\/b> If the event is canceled by the client, the prepayment is non-refundable<\/b>. This condition complies with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (V\u00d5S \u00a7 53, lg 4, p 7\u00b2), according to which the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period. 3.2. Rescheduling a Booking:<\/b> In case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the party from taking place, we offer a one-time option to reschedule the booking<\/b> to another available date within one year, provided we are notified in a timely manner. 3.3. Cancellation by Lohesaba:<\/b> In the exceptional case that the event cannot take place due to our fault, the prepayment will be fully refunded to the client.<\/p>

4. Rules for Events in Party Rooms<\/b><\/p>

4.1. Room Capacity and Additional Guests:<\/b> Each party room is designed for a specific number of guests. For each additional child exceeding the limit specified in the package, a fee will be charged according to the price list<\/b> on the “Prices” page. 4.2. Arrival and Departure:<\/b> The event organizer may arrive for preparations 15 minutes before the start of the booked time. Earlier access to the room is not provided. The room must be vacated promptly at the end of the booking time<\/b>. 4.3. Time Extension:<\/b> If you wish to extend your party, please contact us in advance. If possible, we will offer you favorable terms. 4.4. Late Departure Fee:<\/b> For delaying the vacation of the room without a prior agreement to extend, a fee of \u20ac20 for every 5 minutes commenced<\/b> will be charged.<\/p>

5. General Rules of Conduct and Safety<\/b><\/p>

5.1. Footwear:<\/b> In the play area, you are only allowed to be in socks or with a change of shoes. Outdoor footwear and outerwear must be left in the cloakroom. 5.2. Supervision of Children:<\/b> Parents or accompanying persons bear full responsibility for the safety and conduct of their children<\/b> throughout their entire time at the Center. Lohesaba seikluslinnak is not liable for accidents, except for those caused by faulty equipment. 5.3. Liability for Property:<\/b> The client bears full financial liability for the preservation of the Center’s property and inventory. In case of damage or loss of property, its value must be compensated according to the price list. 5.4. Prohibitions:<\/b> On the premises of the Center, it is strictly prohibited<\/b> to: * Consume food and drinks outside of the designated dining tables in the party rooms or the caf\u00e9 area. * Smoke and consume alcoholic beverages. * Use any pyrotechnics, including “fountain” candles and sparklers. * Bring pets. * Remove toys or other inventory from the Center. 5.5. Personal and Lost Items:<\/b> We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Found valuable items are kept for 14 days, after which they are disposed of.
